MEDICATION & MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
We provide all necessary prescription medications, as well as medical equipment and supplies
PALLIATIVE CARE
Pain and symptom management through medications, range of motion, aromatherapy, massage therapy, and other techniques.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Oversees the hospice care team and can work with the patient’s primary provider to monitor the progression of the illness.
NURSES
Available 24/7, hospice nurses administer medications, seek pain control, and provide guidance and education to the patient and family.
SOCIAL WORKER
Our social worker advocates for the patient’s final wishes and provides emotional support as well as logistical support.
CHAPLAIN
Our hospice chaplains help meet the spiritual needs of the patient and their family.
CERTIFIED AIDES
Our certified aides provide daily personal care for the patient and may assist with meal prepping and light housekeeping.
VOLUNTEERS
Our hospice volunteers provide companionship for the patient and provide breaks for the family or caregivers.
BEREAVEMENT COUNSELOR
We provide support and counseling to help family members cope with the loss of a loved one in a healthy way
